I just wanted to say a big "thank you" for the manual. I just did my T-56 swap, and (because I got a new job), I had Chuck Hawk Automotive in Tucson do it for me. I provided them with your manual, and the mechanics said that this was by far the easiest and most seamless custom job they'd ever done, just because of the manual.

It also made it much easier for me to get all the bits and pieces together for the swap.

Thanks again, man. I'm lovin' my new T56!

When I did my conversion, I started with 3.73 gears and put about 1,000 miles on the car. I found it too sluggish off the line, and I was slipping the McLeod clutch too much.

So I replaced the 3.73's with 4.10's, and the car is now just right.
